Your dining room set is a fine example of the quality of furniture that Berkey & Gay produced. The set is not only exceptional in its quality but also the set is still complete. It is wonderful example of the quality of the furniture manufactured at the turn of the 20th century. A fair market value is $ 4800.00 A replacement value is $ 5800.00
